My passion for journalism developed during my time at Montgomery College. Joining The Advocate newspaper, I gained practical experience through investigative writing and photographic assignments. These experiences were pivotal, leading to a summer internship with Most Magazine where I wrote published columns based on exclusive interviews within the sport and fashion industries. I am now an incoming Junior at the University of Maryland’s Philip Merrill College of Journalism, continuing my commitment to a career in the field.

I am primarily drawn to telling interpersonal stories, focusing on community, individual experiences, and factual reporting. My aim is to deliver journalism that is insightful and connects with the audience. My work seeks to inform and foster understanding through authentic narratives.

Beyond journalism, my background includes music production, songwriting, and competitive hockey. These diverse experiences contribute to a versatile perspective, enhancing my approach to storytelling.
